CC8 cutting and machining CNC center for PVC joinery profiles
This compact cutting and machining center with 13 tool holders has a capacity of 140 joineries/day.
CONCEPT
- These modular machines allow all millings and drillings on the 4 faces PVC profiles, as well as straight cutting and mitre cutting (“V” cutting).
- The machine is equipped with up to 15 tool holders.
- A jet ink printer or labels printer helps the follow-up and the traceability of the parts.
PROGRAMMING
- Thanks to the CFAO software, the customer orders are recording only once. Then the data are sent automatically to the centre machining, and to the other machines. It avoids having to enter any other data.
- The system is operating under Microsoft Windows. It ensures a good operating flexibility and compatibility with your computing system.
- The CC8 center is working with a software allowing machining and/or slicing at the same time. It gives a production profit up to 30%.
USING PRINCIPLE
- Thanks to a CAD/ CAM software and the network, the operator downloads the necessary information to the machine program (profile type, size and quantity to produce…)
- The operator puts on the storage magazine the corresponding PVC profiles.
- The machine measures each profiles in order to check if the length is the right one and compatible with the program.
- The compact center is machining these operations : mitre cutting, cross cut slicing, drilling, routing.
- Machined parts are stored on the recovery storage unit.
- The debris are lead to a bucket.
