Anuba and/or Exacta hinge inserting machines for wooden sashes and frames
WORKING PRINCIPLE
- The sash stiles are placed on the top covering edge, the drilling head’s pitch is of 5°.
- The frame jambs are placed so that the hinge inserting head is horizontal.
- The jambs are placed against the reference ; which means there’s no reference on the hinge side, but pressed on the other side against 4 removable wedges of adaptable sizes.
HINGE INSERTING HEAD
- This new hinge inserting unit benefits of the last technological advancements. The hinge inserting mandrel is controlled by a CNC brushless motor. The mechanics is more reliable, as it is simpler.
- The drilling unit is independent of the hinge inserting unit. The drilling / screwing tool changer is automatic.
- The storage unit for the sash hinges is interchangeable. The hinge distribution towards the mandrel is automatic. An optional storage unit for the frame hinges can be added.
- The hinge inserting unit is mounted on a prismatic rail guidance with recyclable roller casings. Its longitudinal drive (from 0 to 60 m/min.) is ensured by a rack and pinion system controlled by a CNC brushless motor connected to the calculator.
